About two weeks ago I was playing basketball with some buddies and everything was going fine until I was done playing. I couldn't fully extend my knee or bend it all the way without a lot of pain.

I woke up the next morning and couldn't put any weight on it at all. I rested it for two days and it got a lot better but it still felt like something wasn't right. I had to go back to work so I just sucked up the pain and worked through it. It felt like a growing pain all day and I still couldn't extend or bend it without pain.

Now my problem is I was working tonight and went down on my bad knee not thinking and it just gave in and I fell over. My buddy I was working with said he heard a loud pop(i had my headphones on). And now im in the exact same situation as the first time this happened.


I wouldn't be that worried about it but I can't miss any more days at work. Any thoughts?
