What do you think this is? Teen with sore joints?

I am a fifteen year old female and am having trouble with my joints which seems to be worsening.
It a dull achy pain, rather than sharp, and I feel it mostly in joints of my knees and ankles but also in fingers, toes, wrists, elbows and shoulders. [also pain in back but I think that's muscular]
I am very stiff and achy in the morning when I wake up but that gets much better as I start to move around a bit. During the day I mostly feel the pain when doing things such as going up or down hill/stairs = pain in my knees. Also sitting for too long makes them ache and standing for too long can become excruciating! It's hard to find the right balance.
But the worst time of the day is in the evening in the couple of hours leading up to when I go to bed. Joints just feel horrible and completely worn out. Doesn't matter if I do lots of physical activity that day, none at all, or a mixture of both, it still feels the same. Worn out joints would definitely be the best way to describe the pain.
Being only 15 I can't imagine I'm supposed to be feeling like this.
Does anyone know what this may be?
I also feel tired very often - often feel exhausted all the through the day and MUST have 9 hours sleep at night MINIMUM, and could very easily take naps through the day if I had the time.

I am nervous to go to the doctor and also don't want to seem like I'm over reacting and I certainly don't want to go for no good reason - considering the cost of it!
I am a healthy weight and am very tall if that is at all relevant.
Please any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
