Hey guys I'm 17, i'm about 6'1-6'2, around 145. I'm trying to put on alot of muscle before spring. I just put together this workout routine. Tell me what you think of it and what I can do to improve it to get better results
I have a benchbar but can't bench since theres no room in my basement to do so. I also don't have access to a gym.

5.Feet ups
6.Leg Raises
7.Crunches
Tuesday-Legs
1.Squats
2.Feet ups
3.Mountain Climbers
4.Leg raises
5.Crunches
Wednesday-Chest
1.Push ups
2.Pull Ups
3.Tricep Dips
4.Feet Ups
5.Leg Raises
6.Crunches
Thursday- Biceps and Triceps

**What I meant by feet ups is the excerise where you stand straight then go up on your tippy toes then come down and keep repeating. I'm not sure what its called so I just made a name up
