Is this good? What can I do to make it better?
For Breakfast I had one egg scrambled with some fat free mozz cheese on top and a glass of fat free milk-250 cals
Snack-Banana-105 cals
Lunch-Turkey and provolone cheese sandwich on wheat-280 cals
Snack-Nectarine-about 80 cals
Dinner-Salad with chicken breast and beans on it and some stir fry veggies and small amount of brown rice on the side ( I know its a lot!) -around 350-400 cals
I drank water all day long and also jogged for 30 mins and walked for another 30 mins this morning?
