i try to eat like a bodybuilder and also follow some advice that pertains to my protein intake and how long do i have to wait after my meal to train,but i dont consider myself as a bodybuilder but a weight lifter that likes to gain muscle.but there are so many different opinions on when and what type of protein your suppose to eat and when the body goes into the catabolic state,but they seem unless you dont follow these plans step by step that your not going to grow.i like to have a good balanced meal and wait 2 hrs before i train,but one guy says you should not do that and the other says do that,its confusing.i have more energy and good pumps when i let my meal digest right and im not bloated.i mean i think its bs that these guys tell you one way or no way.look at guys that had to go to prison and see how big some of these guys are from lifting,they cant completely diet correctly when incarcerated.
