What do they do in the ER if you come in having an asthma attack?

I'm pretty new to asthma, I got diagnosed about a month ago. I haven't had a major attack or anything, so it was just by chance that it was diagnosed. More out of curiosity, and hoping this never happens, if I ever have a bad attack and go to the ER for it, what do they do? An IV and somehow make you breathe? I'd kind of like detailed responses, but no need totally... just any real answer would do.

Usually a nebulizer treatment. Sometimes a shot of epi. Sometimes Oxygen.
