With the flashing blue lights and all. Serious question, just curious.
Not all people with epilepsy are sensitive to lights. Approximately 3 out of every 100 people.
Also most states have laws requiring seizures to be controlled for at least 3 months in order to drive.
I do have photo-sensitivity to lights, and am allowed to drive.
I was just pulled over today because i had a tail light out.
I requested that the lights be turned off and explained that it could cause me to have seizures.
The police officer then proceeded to laugh in my face. . .
I found this appalling.
There has to be some law to keep me safe!
