ok so i just finsihed the cabbage soup diet yesterday,i did lose weight, i feel fine and all but the only thing im worried about is eating.can i start eating normal or do i have to cut back?i keep hearing how people regain their weight and all.

like my normal breakfast is 2 eggs,2 waffles with low syrup.
lunch-a normal ham sandwhich
dinner-meat or just a sandwhich again

so eating like that,will that make me regain the weight?i am excercising about 3x a week on an eliptical for 30 mins.

if that is a bad plan what can i do?
