what is the difference between the work out in which u get bug bulky...

...muscles/ slim muscular body? think arnold schwarzenegger for the bulky and mitich hewer for the slim but muscular body. is the work out different or is it just the tendency of the body for bulky muscles. does the difference apply to women 2, if i work out with weights will my muscles liook muscular? i promise i will chose a best answer and thanx in advance

i have learned that bulky muscles happen when you use heavy weight with low reps .. stronger muscles come from more reps with weights that you can use and be able to have a large amount of reps.. reps of lets say ten would be better for strength than reps of like 3 or 5 if you were looking to be stronger instead of bulky
