Hello,
i would like some suggestions on what to eat after gym, i go to gym straight after work and get home about 9.30ish-10ish
during lunch i eat sandwhich etc...and small snack aboout 5ish...
what would be a light and healthy dinner to eat after the gym?...i am doing cardio at the gym with some weights only...as i want to loose a few pounds
