To start off, I'm an active 21 year old gal. I don't drink, I've never broken any bones and I like to consider myself as being quite healthy (though, a little on the slender side) I have done work in restaurants (dishwashing then prep cook) and landscaping both of which I enjoy tremendously but I have trouble staying... the reason is my sore wrists!
I get extremely bad pain in my wrists, particularly the bones on the sides of my wrists. It is a dull pain but so intense that I can't pick up something like a coffee mug or cereal bowl without dropping it! I don't want to resign to some office job so what can I do to strengthen my weak-ass wrists
Also, what should I be doing in the meantime to help them feel normal faster?
