ok i'm 15,160 pound and 5'6.
Coz in five months i've lost 20 pounds, but i wanna loose that again in four months, but the weight loss has slowed down...
i already go to the gym three times a week with a special program that my trainer worked out for me.
I don't eat many high calories foods...
usualy for brekkie/lunch i eat frozen cherries then at about
four o'clock i have another hand full then i have mums home cooking for dinner, then if i'm hungry i'll have more cherries [btw. then frozen ones i eat aren't covered in sugar syrup or anything, the only sugars in then occour naturally according to the box...] and i only drink water.
what else can i do to speed up my weight loss??
