I have been a sugar addict for as long as I can remember. I know the dangers of sugar, whether real or processed (HFCS I'm talking about you!), and I want to cut it out of my diet. I get a sweet tooth though and crave chocolate, white cake, and candy. What can I do to change this mindset? I know it's so bad for me and has contributed to weight gain. Diabetes is also a concern as it runs in my family.
