Ok, period just started. I'm really emotional, and I've been jogging every day and trying to eat right, and now a days I just end up looking at pictures of flawless women, and I get so angry that I can't seem to get my abs/butt etc like theirs. What's even more annoying is that I don't usually get affected by media, and I feel disgusting considering the fact that isn't a problem at all, there are soo many other things to worry about and real problems out there. What can I do to give myself a boost? And stop judging and comparising myself to drop dead gorgeous girls?
