So here's my story. I just turned 16, I was 190 in october but then I cut my calories, went vegetarian and started walking/jogging/biking and now I weigh 171. It seems like alot of the fat that came off was from my arms, legs and face. I did notice a difference in my stomach but it's not what I want.
What are some exercises I can do to help? Would a bowflex be worth buying?
anddd I'm 5'10 btw
