I've been moved to the night shift at work which means I usually go to bed at 1-2am. Problem is I don't have to wake up at 7am anymore for morning shift so I've been oversleeping every night (9-10 hours). This was great the first few times but it's now corroding my free time, giving me headaches and making me extremely frustrated because I can't get my butt out of bed until I'm sick of sleeping. The alarm clock goes off at the time I want it to but most of the time I shut it off in my sleep or just sleep through it. I have tried extremely loud alarm clocks in the past but my neighbors (condo) have complained a lot about them. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
