i think i ate a little too much and my stomach is hurting. i feel a little dizzy and a little like i'm going to throw up. this has happened before but i forgot what i did. is there anything i can do without medication??

Sometimes peppermint can help an upset stomach. Eat a candy cane and lay down for a while.
