    What is the best way to lose weight fast without starving?

    I love food and love to eat so I dont't want to starve. I already know to not eat any more than 1300 cals a day and not to eat 3 hours b4 bed. I weigh 120 and am 14. I think thats too much plus Im getting a bit big. I wish to weigh 108. Any help on losing this weight b4 school again? Examples of workouts and cardio will help a lot too. thanks

    swimming!!!!!
    you lose sooooooooo much weight!
    just start swimming twice a week!

    Eat light foods, lots of vegges and do at least 20 mins of cardio a day
