muscle and maybe tighter abs? i am a good and average size for my height, i am 5'7 and about 160 Ibs, but i want to tone up my body little, mainly my chest, it's not flabby or a six pack, it is kinda in between, my arms are really muscular and hard looking and you can also see a little vein sighting when i wear a short sleeved short, so what's the best thing to eat or not eat and excerise.

some people say to do so many push ups and sit ups a day and some say they are pretty much useless.

and what should i cut out of my diet, i was thinking about cutting down on the sodas or try to stop drinking them all together but i also drink alot of juice which i heard is just as bad as soda, so please help me out,
