i am about 5' 4" and i weigh about 100 lbs. I am a 15 year old female. my grandma who has a dietition, said i should only eat a small amount of chocolate, but not eliminate it from my diet. so how much should i eat, exactly? I want to get me weight down to about 80 or 90 or somewhere in between there. My grandma said she cant remember how much chocolate i should exactly eat, so could anyone tell me how much??
