OK, I'm 5'5", about 135-140 (my weight changes throughout the day) and I'd say medium-framed or large-framed I think. I have huge bulky calf muscle. And it seems like my thighs learn forward if that makes sense? Anyway, I'm wondering if there are really good exercises that can get rid of all this fat and make the muscle more define. My calf muscle stretches really far. So do you recommend any exercises? And what do you think an ideal weight for my height and frame?
