I have always struggled with my weight but i also have pcos, not sure if in any answers if people can give advice on this,as although docs etc have said there is no particular diet to follw its what suits you,you are told to cut down sugar. I have tried what my dietician advised and to eat three meals but count sugar and fat by recommended amounts and not calorie count, but this never helped as i was just filling up on the things that did fit the fat and sugar amounts,i've also treid the GI diet and this didn't help either although i did feel better,i'm also just wondering that regardless of what type of thing you go by or try to follow if you don't watch how much your eating then you will not lose weight but people do lose weight through going by certain things eg low carb or low fat,and there not always counting the calories, whereas diets like weight watchers and others would encourage healthy eating but a slong a syour sticking to your daily allowance of points or calories you can
have what you like and people have still lost loads of weight
