I'm 5"1. I've trying to lose a small bit of weight because I want to get onto the school gymnastics team and the lacrosse team, and I've been teaming this with loads of excersise every day. My goal weight is 45kg, but yesterday my parents got all freaked out and started saying things like 'You're fading away' and asking how much I'd eaten that day and checking my dinner plate. Which is ridiculous because I've barely lost anything. I didn't even tell them my goal was 45kg, I said it was 48, and they wigged out over that too. My dad was all 'That's one-thirteenth of your body weight!' <_<
Is that weight too low for my height?
