Okay so I am 15 years old , and I am 5'8 and a half
haha , yes I know I am tall . Okay anyways , I go to
the gym every 2nd day , I do all the weights one day then
the next I do cardio . I eat only wheat bread , and everything
I have is diet . I dont drink pop , not even diet. I drink
crystal light cause plain water taste like crap , haha =P
and at first I lost 22 pounds which made me 132, but
then I went to mexico and got up to 142 , I went back to

doing what I do and I am not losing ANYTHING!! is it
cause im gaining muscle ? from doing weights? but i still
do cardio so i should be losing weight ... whats wrong ?
