Lately, i started feeling very bad about myself, and decided i hate what i see in the mirror.
I know i need to lose weight, and now i really want to do something about it.
I am 5'10, and weigh around 15 stone (about 200 pounds).
In the past, i had become anorexic, and went from 16 stone, to 12 and a half stone.
During that time however, my boyfriend of the time realised i wasn't eating, and made me start eating again, making me gain most of the weight back.
I can now see that anorexia stops working as soon as you start eating again, so i want to do it the right way this time.
What types of things should i eat?

What kind of diet should i go on?
How many calories should i eat daily?
Any other relevant information would be appreciated.
