Just joined a gym about a week ago. I've gone every single day except for sunday ( my calf was sore) I know i shouldn't go every single day so i can get a rest but so far ive been doing 40 minutes cardio on treadmill at a fast pace. and at least 30 minutes weight/resistance/abs training each day. I'm trying to eat healthy, i cook all my own meals. have fruit for breakfast, healthy snacks such as fruits and nuts and granola and have dinners such as turkey burgers and homemade fries or tonight pork chops baked w/ organic apples. all i drink all day is water. does this sound good or is there somethign i should do instead, up my routine or not eat some of the things im doing? i'd like to lose 20 pounds by the end of april.
