I play high school musical 3 Dance! (Wii) everyday for 2-3 hours, and I follow a regular diet, not the starve myself to death diet!! I eat breakfast "corn flakes or sandwich...", lunch :"salad or chicken or a tuna sandwich..." for dinner i don't usually eat I just have a glass of milk or a fruit, and I drink like ... 3 - 4 cups of green tea a day and like 6 glasses of water. So bottom line ... how much weight will I lose by doing this....?
