im 19 yrs old... 156cm (5'1") 72kgs (160lbs) i desperately need to to lose 7 kgs in 3 weeks.. meaning about 2kgs a week (which i would say is in the healthy department although possibly pushing it)... can anyone give me DETAILED info of what i should... as in what i should/shouldn't eat... how much.. when.. what types of exercises are best etc etc.
