Hello! I'm an 18 year old female, around 215 pounds. I don't look like a giant whale, I don't even really look "fat". I have large bone structure and have gained muscle mass from my past kickboxing routine. I am trying to get back down to 180 pounds. I was so happy with myself at that weight, but I have stopped my workouts. I have gained quite a few pounds due to stress, poor eating habits, etc. I have been jogging and walking at my neighborhood trail for the past two days. One mile the first day and two the second. I have cut back my food intake the past few days. I am totally ready to get back in shape and get HEALTHY. I need major help though. Can I lose weight by jogging two miles a day? Can you give me some good food options for weight loss?
