I am 15 years old 5 feet 5 inches and I am extremely over weight for my age (290 lbs). I really want to loos the weight and I have tried dieting and exercising. I lost the weight but I couldn't keep it off. I can't go to the gym, and my mom lost weight but she didn't eat food she just drank slim fast shakes. should i do the same thing or does any 1 have suggestions. should i just eat fruits and veggies?
