    Weight loss---Confused?

    I don't understand when I eat right exercise and drink my water like I'm suppose to I gain weight but when I skip meals drink juice and a lil water and don't exercise as much I lose weight quickly this is just so weird for me any suggestions on what I should do?

    have you tried portioning your meals like just eating a little bit of vegetables and fruit , and i little bit of the meat , and less sugar . i am trying to los weight ,i dance to lose wieght , i don't know if it is working , because some of my cloths don't fit anymore . so god luck with losing wieght
