I am doing a weight loss challenge at work. I am starting off at 147 pounds. The winner is the one with the greatest percent of weight loss over the 8 weeks. I will have no problem with dropping the weight until i get to about 136. Then i will be stuck (like always). Any suggestions?

also, i know that working out will help, but since muscle weighs more than fat, I would prefer to just drop the weight. thoughts??

Please no lectures, comments, etc. about the health aspect of this. I really am just in it to win the money.
