how can you tell something is not healthy?
how many pounds per week is safe to lose?
and how many meals is it safe to skip?

do to money problems, my husband and I are eating less. (only about one full mean a day) I know that eating 5 small meals help you loss weight faster because th body sees no reason to store fat.

right now we're both looking at this as a forced cleansing.
are there any steps that we should take for it to be a safer type of cleansing? (I was once told that apple sauce worked) is that true?
