I am a 21 year old male, in 2 months I will be leaving for Navy Basic Training. I played soccer and basketball in high school and soccer in college for a year but after that I let myself get out of shape. I am 6'4 240 right now and I am trying to get down to around 210, does anyone have any advice or can anyone help me with a schedule. I only have 1 class a day right now so I have all day open...also with food what are some good things to eat and not eat?
