hi im 17 and im 5ft 9 and weigh 9st. im quite thin although recently iv been working out with 10kg dumbells twice a week .. i do as many sets as i can with 10 reps bicep curls and i do triceps. and when i cannot physically do them anymore i stop i have 2 minutes rest in between each set. and then i heal for 2-3 days. i eat alot of protein and am trying to bulk up will i see a mucle imporvement or is 10kg too light but its dumbells so its 20kg weight i cant afford heacier ones atm.
