Ok... (I might even need someone on here to explain/give me a diet or workout plan... if ya'll think it'll be nessasary.) But anyways, ( I'm planning on gaining some weight, so0o..) How can I weigh 155-160lbs and STILL have my 29-32 waste size?? I'm currently 142lbs and i'm just skinny... and I have just A LITTLE muscle defenition in my arms... I think I have a six pack but, I just need to loose the top layer/ and loose body fat... any idea how? I have no idea how to do these things... i'd like someone on here to help and explain to me.
