im really trying to loose weight...1 cup of cereal for b/f or banana shake lunch/ soup or salade or w.e there is thats light and dinner like 4 ex today for dinner i had a bowl of spagetties and last night i had a peice of spinich pie and sometimes im really full from lunch that for dinner i eat fruit or yogurt with active bacteria in it so my question is ...well as for exercise i go for a walk everynight for 1 hour..i was thinking of going on a bike ride in the mornings for an hour as well but is what im eating and walking for an hour good? like i lost 2 lbs in two weeks will i be able to loose 20 by the end of the summer?withought it being unhealthy?
