Okay I am thirteen years old 4'5 and 92 pounds. I have about a pound of belly fat that just isn't coming off.
For breakfast I have eggs. For lunch I have a salad and a yogurt. And I don't eat dessert- and only a small dinner. I do this excersise three times a week

Before starting this routine I was 88 pounds! Why have I gained weight?
