5,9 at 150 currently trying to get to 140. I'm at 18.2% BF, I'm having issues getting to 140. Weigh in is before my match on July 5th. I'm afraid I won't be allowed to fight if I can't get my weight down. I've been taking Hydroxycut and running in the afternoon with sweatshirt and pants on. I can't afford muscle loss. What do I do?
