hello, Doctor suggested that i only eat 1800 calories a day in order to loose weight, (PCOS patient i need to loose 50 lbs to be "ideal body size") SO, that brings me to this question, i tried google didn't really get much back. So if anyone out there has a website, or a book i can get to help me stay on track of the number of calories in food that would be awesome. ALSO i cook for my husband, he needs to get healthy too, but he is a "meat and potato kinda man", Any ideas and/or recipes would also be awesome.. Thanks
