i have lose 5 stone this year and my old diet aint working now i want to keep the size im down to but tighten my body so i look more defined
i do weights for an hour and burn 400cal on the treadmill every day but im not seeing a diffrence now

my food day is like this
8.00 breakfast bowl of ceareal semi skimmed milk no sugar and a orange
then gym
get back i eat at around 3.00 i eat tin of beans on 2 peices of toast not much butter
then at 7.00 ish i eat a other orange and i drink water through the day


and this what i eat everyday and i mean it i want an answers like guide not just someone saying eat healthy and you will be ok i am going to start buying multi vitamins anyway
