Hi
I am 16 years old, I am 5,2 feet (159 cm) and 116,8 pounds (53 kg)
I would say that im rather normal/chubby I want to get really skinny and a well toned tummy..

I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and run at the treadmill for 15 minutes and then do exercises like crunches and stuff for 30 minutes.


Could you please help me to improve my workouts and give me an idea how I could lose some pounds and get into better shape ?
