i'm 16 yrs old, 103 lbs, and 5'3 and a half
i think i'm pretty skinny and people say i am
i think i need to gain more weight
i noticed my arm got bigger (a very little bit bigger) i think it was because i ate a bag of walnuts yesturday. i'm not sure if it's just my imagination and my arm may really not have gotten any bigger.
Facts Help please?
-does walnuts help you put on weight when you're really skinny? i want to gain like 10 lbs because i've been about the same weight in a really loong time.

-how much walnuts should i eat a day if it really does make me gain weight?
-what other benefits does it have?
-can you recommend me any other small food that can help me gain weight fast. not like eggs or anything because our stove doesn't work. like small food/snacks. (not junk or pills)
