Usually I do about 70 mins of a arc trainer, then I run five miles a day. I am kind of freaking out, because we are snowed in. I have some good "running" (there is no way in the hell you can run out in this stuff) snow shoes... so later ( since I have no food) I am going to walk to the store and back.. which is total of 8 miles. Do you think that will be good? I am freaked out about not working out
