What are some effective exercises that can whittle away the waistline fast WITHOUT crunches?
I would say anything with core strengthening. Personally I like pilates. It gives you a nice toned body without looking to muscular. From experience it does a great job on the abs.
Actually doing sprints can really help reduce the fat on your waist and thighs. I also found that when I ran up hills, I could feel my stomach tightening.
