i heard that taking vitamin e is good for your skin, and i'm thinking about taking beta-carotene to get some vitamin a.

but 400 IU of vitamin 3 is a lot more than the recommended dose, and since vitamin e is fat soluble i could get very sick if i take this stuff daily.

so my question is, should i only take it once a week, to make sure i don't build up? or even longer? or not take it at all. i dont eat a lot of vegetables or fruits so i may need this, and some others


should i just get centrium or some multi vitamin (i'm mainly taking this to see if it helps with my cystic acne)
