How can i be very very very skinny like nicole richie before pregnansy or hilary duff. Please don't answer smth like: do drugs or don't eat or starve yourself...

its not that health to be that skinny at all. to be the ideal weight eat healthy, lots of water and excersice. Nicole ritchie is not the ideal role model as she has battled with her weight in the past and has had an eating disorder.
