I'm staying for a month. So far it's been a week. I got little to no exercise. I eat when I'm hungry, and I try not to eat junk food, and eat lots of fruits. When I was at home, I would run laps at my nearby track. Here, there is no track nearby. I have been running around with friends, but for very short amounts of time. I want to get fit for cross country next year. The friend that I am staying with HATES running. She doesn't even like going on walks, so please don't suggest that. I already tried. She doesn't even care about her health.

How am I supposed to get running into my daily routine if it is practically impossible?
