I sprained my ankle Last week on Thursday. It didn't hurt that bad the first few days after I hurt my ankle but ever since I have started doing gym class this week my ankle has been hurting so badly. Today I had to go to the nurse after gym just to try and relieve the pain. after I used the ice my ankle was hurting alot and so was my shin. I have begun to limp these past few days and although my ankle isn't swollen or bruised it is tender on the inside of the ankle. I used ice twice today and it didn't really help that much.
The extra streingth knock off walgreens tylonal I used took 6 hours to really work. and it still slightly hurts especially when I walk. I took it at like 4:30 and it's just starting to work now.
I don't want to use crutches in school, because I think I can make it through the day even though it hurts, but I am getting a note from my parents for gym. I think it would be a good idea to use them at night what do you think?
