Urgent need to go to restroom while jogging ....?

I work out about 5 days a week, and once a week, I'll jog on the treadmill. I walk circa 5 minutes before I jog/run for 15 minutes, but at the end of my run, I'll have this URGENT need to go to the restroom. My bowl movements are fairly regular, but for some reason, everytime I jog, I need to stop working out and go releive myself.

Is that normal or something to talk to the doctor about?

Happens to me when exercising too, I think its because you've revving up your metabolism which moves the bowels. Talk to your doctor but in my opinion, its normal.
